"I obtained my BBA from the University of Iowa, then went to work for a  family owned Hallmark Card and Gift store for a couple of years before relocating to Houston in 1981. I then worked Industrial Sales from 1981-1984 and then in May of 1984, I joined Channel Personnel Services Inc, with Vera Stephens,  where we worked mostly at recruiting Engineers and Plant Staff Professionals for the Chemical, Petrochemical, and Oil Refining Industries Nationwide. 

Darlene and I were married in 1991 and have 2 Kids - Matt, who works with us and Madisyn who is a Sr. in College pursuing Political Science. Now that the kids are grown, when I am not busy looking for Candidates, I spend my time playing drums, traveling and relaxing in my own backyard.

"I moved to Texas in 1980, met Mike in 1981 and then married him in 1991.  We have been blessed with 2 children - who are grown now.  Matt works with Us and Madisyn is studying Poli/Sci at Park University in KC.

My background consists of wearing many hats, but most of all it has been to support Mike in the business so I finally figured I might as well join him.  My main job is AP and AR, but they like to call me the 'Complaint Department'.  In my spare time I travel to KC to visit our daughter and work my Young Living business. Finding Health and Wellness at this stage of our lives is so important to me, so I spend a lot of time sharing - feel free to ask me about it. "Watching my Dad work growing up, I knew I wanted to work with him. In the summer of 2006 I started working as my Dad's secretaries assistant and helped with some website designs until I graduated from Deer Park High School in 2010. After graduation I started up my own sound company, 'Ramblin Audio' working the Music Industry and working in the car industry selling new and pre-owned vehicles. March of 2017, I decided it was time to join my Dad at Channel Personnel Services, Inc. and make this my full time career.  I still work my sound company on the side, work sound at my church, play bass guitar and play with my dog Toby.  If you are ever in need of a DJ or Sound Guy in the evenings or weekends, I'm your guy. Otherwise you can find me here at Channel working alongside my Dad and Brandon - Recruiting Candidates and making placements.
